Atlanta, Georgia – Governor Brian Kemp signed legislation that will provide employers in Georgia with more flexibility on how they pay their employees. Specifically, HB 373, sponsored by Rep. Bill Werkheiser, would give employers discretion on how they pay their employees as long as they offer them two different options. This new law will help continue to make Georgia the number one place to do business.
